What are Top 3 Options to accumulate Miles on UA

Okay so I have a goal of taking our family of 5 on free flights to Italy in 2014. I am guessing I will need 375K miles for all of us....

I am Platinum now and will likely fly 75K next year...

I have signed up for Chase Sapphire and will have my wife do so as well...40K each in the bag...

Shoprite grocery purchases point to UA; any non Starwood hotel point to UA...

Any big ones that I am missing or advice to push more miles in?
