Flight #145 IAD-HNL diverted twice in two days? Why?

Hi all. I noticed today that flight 145 from IAD-HNL is being diverted to IAH. It was up at FL320, dropped down to FL240, then FL200, and it just keeps getting lower. It's around 10000 feet now. Anyone know what's up with the flight?

I noticed that it was also diverted yesterday in similar fashion. What's going on? Is it the same plane?
