Booking Award Flight Found with ANA tool

I found HNL-ICN-DEL on OZ in C with the ANA tool but on the united website I can only get flights going the long way ie UA HNL-EWR-DEL, TK HNL-LAX-IST-DEL or OS HNL-ORD/IAD-VIE-DEL in C or Y.

Can I call up the help desk and get them to book HNL-ICN-DEL or am I just stuck having to go the long way to DEL? I like TK with the flat beds and haven't tried OS but would prefer OZ and a shorter trip.
