Sorry but the search term "cash upgrade miles" returned a million results with all current as of today (don't believe me try :)). So here is my question:
If I pay the upgrade now (2 weeks prior to flight) to upgrade our ticket to F, is it like buying an F class fare? Do we get EQMs and miles like that or just like normal?
