Changed award route. Old segments remain on TG/LH records. Problem?

I have made a couple of rounds of changes to a one-way award trip. Trip is less than 2 weeks away. Booked with UA miles (016 ticket issued). All segments have always been a combination of LH and TG.

There are some remnants of old segments when I check the LH PNR and the TG PNR on their respective websites. LH still shows a FRA->OSL leg that I am no longer using and TG has a FRA->CDG leg that I am no longer using. Both TG and LH also show all the correct segments for the trip I am actually booked...these are just extra segments that show up.

When I check on UA, my reservation shows correctly, with neither of these legs listed. I made one call to the "Premiere desk" and the agent told me they could not see these extra segments so wait 24 hours as things needed to update. They also said ticket was issued, synced, and absolutely fine. As you can guess, the 24 hours made no difference.

I made a call to Lufthansa. They could see the segment on their system, but told me UA has to take care of it. LH cannot alter the ticket. I expected this, but wanted to confirm they saw the segment on their system. Same result with TG.

My main concern is the extra segment(s) somehow messes with my remaining trip. I will have "missed" both the OSL and CDG flights before I catch my now direct flight to BKK, so I am worried that the future segments will be cancelled.

Anyone have experience with this...or some sage advice on how to proceed? If I call UA again, is there some magic phrase that I need to use to "help" the premiere agent get things cleaned up?
