I've actually never done this before - my travel agent has for business tickets but this is all personal.
Last fall, I had a ticket - cost about $1000. The day before the trip I was feeling a little under the weather and the trip wasn't that critical at that time so I called the MP premier phone number and cancelled it - they told me that I could use the money toward a future ticket but would have to pay a change fee.
I would like to purchase a pair of tickets for my wife and myself - each ticket is just over $400. So the question is about mechanics: how do I go about using that credit or will it require a phone call to MP.
PS: no issue with a year here - the original tickets were purchased in Sept, this planned trip is next month.
