honeymoon to maldives and bali, help, please

Hi, as a Delta Plat, I am unfamiliar with United routings and partners, but son to be married, has 320K United miles and is trying to go DFW-MLE-DPS-DFW, preferably in Business for the longer flights. Dates are 3/24/13 outbound and 4/05 or 4/06 return.

Any advice on where to start? Calling United was NO help at all, they directed me to the online booking tool. Help, please.
