United Club Card Question - Clarification of Award Ticket Benefit?

Considering getting the Club Card and had a quick question.

On the benefits page under Club Card Rewards, it notes:

"Use miles for any seat, any time, on any United flight.
There are no restrictions or blackout dates. If seats are available for sale, they can be redeemed at the MileagePlus Standard Award level – a benefit reserved for Card members and MileagePlus Premier members. "

Does that mean you wouldn't be able to book Saver Award levels with the miles earned through the card??:confused:
