I apologize if there already is a thread for this or if these topics have been covered elsewhere, but here a couple of issues that infuriate me:
(1) The web site ignores the time of day choices one makes; it always shows you all the flights beginning at 5:30 AM. The old .BOMB considered the time choices but showed you everything if no flights met my time requirements.
(2) The web site does not show all the options from partner airlines. For instance, I was looking for BOS-TLH flights and the web site does not show me any USair flights through CLT. Everything was 2-stop instead of 1-stop through CLT.
Is this ineptitude or are they trying to steer passengers into certain options? They may end up driving people to use third-party sites (e.g., Expedia or Orbitz), which is not to their advantage.
