Huge Swings in Mileage Balance?

Hi all,

Is anyone else seeing huge swings in their mileage balances? I was at around 176,000, then it went up to 208,000 and now I'm down to around 36,000. By my own calculations, I should be at around 185,000.

Any idea what's going on?
