Which fee would apply?

Can anyone tell me what fee would apply in these two situations. I have no status on UA.

From this link I think the fee would be either $75 or nothing due to either:

"Adding, changing or deleting a connection, 21 days or more prior to departure" = $0 fee

"Changing the cabin, award type, or changing a flight to a different airline, regardless of departure date(3)" (for the BRU-LHR flight SN -> UA) = $75 fee
