After having my MP account name changed to comply with new TSA requirements, I called in United Reservations in Brazil to have my secure flight name updated in a previous reservation.
I ended up with an updated name on the PNR (has my ticket been reissued?) and a blank receipt except for the flight info (no name, ticket number, fare info). The option "add email address and request receipt" in the website won't work.
Called in again and they say everything is fine with my reservation and that they would e-mail me the receipt right away. Nothing arrived in my inbox though.
Should I insist? Will I face problems when checking in online in three days? Thanks for any help!
