Asking for advice on award reservation

I am trying to book a China-US award reservation, but want to have a few days to stop over in SFO on the inbound, and then in Hawaii on the outbound, so essentially this will be China-SFO-US-HNL-China trip. I understand only one stop-over is allowed, so this cannot be ticketed in one reservation. I am wondering if I could do one of the scenarios, the mileages are based on Saver Business class.

Option 1:
Ticket 1: China-SFO on the inbound, and US-China on the outbound with stop-over in HNL. (120,000 miles)
Ticket 2: One-way SFO-US: 25,000 miles
Total: 145,000 miles

If Option 1 could not work, then Option 2:
Option 2:
Ticket 1: China-SFO roundtrip with HNL stop-over on the outbound. (120,000 miles)
Ticket 2: SFO-US roundtrip: 50,000 miles
Total: 170,000 miles

Any other creative suggestions and comments?
