Sin -> hkg -> ord

Anyone ever fly SIN -> HKG -> ORD ?

SIN -> HKG gets in to HKG at 10:10am
HKG -> ORD leaves at 11:10am

Is it possible to make this connection?

Both planes are 747s, I am wondering if it is the same plane the continues on to ORD from SIN.
