I apologize if this has been covered before - I searched around and couldn't find a good answer.
When I search for United flights and see the following for an Air Canada flight, does it really mean that none of my miles count for premier status? I see the asterisk but the statement is cryptic to me, indicating even that the total doesn't include PQM, which is confusing as the heading for this percentage is "Premier Qualifying".

Note this is M class and it happens to be from Heathrow to Halifax so should qualify for at least 100%.
