A friend of mine with no status on any airline has the following itinerary ticketed by UA:
HKG-ORD on UA (stopover for a month)
ORD-EWR-BOS-DUB on UA and EI (stopover for a month)
DUB-CPH-NRT on SK
All flights are in economy class.
As told by a UA phone agent, he can check one bag of 23kg for free on all three flights. However, information on United Airlines website is contradictory. It states that he can check two bags of 23kg for free on ORD-DUB and DUB-NRT. Which is correct? The itinerary was ticketed last September.
