Post 3/3 integration thru-flights mileage ?

Apologies if answered elsewhere... for a thru flight in COdbaUA world... with change of gauge I.E. 753 to 752... does one get mileage AAA-BBB-CCC or AAA-CCC where change of gauge occurs at BBB?
