I'm surprised i'm the first to post this, wonder if i missed the thread and has anyone else had the following experience.
I logged onto the UAL.com website tonite and was greeted by a new mileage plus rules that required acknoledgement. I would post the new rules here, but one of the rules makes me thing it might be against the rules.
amongst other onerous things it re-iterates a number of times that united can change it's mind by the minute and even nullify awards that have been already awarded.
the last few paragraphs seem to defy logic and public policy. It seems to be worded to the effect that if i have a biz or 1st class upgrade that i've paid for with miles or certs, they can nullify my 'award'.
if they actually carry these things out, then i'd rather drive transcon than take their plane.
has anyone else been greeted with this upon loggin in?
i wonder if this is a response to the mm lawsuits.
