Best Caribbean destination in regards to aircraft

This might be a bit of a silly question, but I've got a United ticket to use usable from SFO-Caribbean in F/J.

Any recommendations on best routing/destination to maximize proper seating versus the normal comfy armchairs in F in the A320s/B737s.
