I have a question about changing one person on a fare booked with united miles.
One party on the booking is now unable to go but the other person is. My mother booked the ticket with her miles for myself and the other party. I have a few questions about the best way to go about this as I don't want the miles to be lost.
1. Can you just cancel one person on the booking?
2. It doesn't seem like you can change a name is there any way round this?
3. Is there anyway to cancel and rebook without loosing miles?
