United MileagePlus Club Visa Signature -- still 2 bags?

I've always been allowed 2 bags due to my Club visa card.

Now the baggage allowance at the online check-in is showing one bag? Why?

I am a Premier Silver with the United Club Visa Signature. Silver gets me 1, but the Club visa should get me 2. Has the policy changed?

I'm not actually checking in any bags, but saw this and am concerned, since I do from time to time check in bags.
