I am attempting to work out a routing to get my Fiance and I to BKK for our Honeymoon. We are looking at departing Dec 31st/Jan1st from SEA.
Award space for Y is getting filled up, compounded with OZs blackouts from ICN and many TG flights not even showing up in EF and United's search, which I assume means they are not offering any award space at all on those flights. Right now it looks like my best bet is SEA-NRT-SIN on NH/UA with an overnight layover and morning flight SIN-BKK.
However, when I try to book this online using multi-city, it prices the award out as 45K not the 32,500 that SEA-BKK should be. Is that an error by the United Booking engine, or is that the proper cost for that routing?
