Award flight with tight international connections

Hello,

I'm looking at a possible UA/LH award flight in J/C that involves pretty tight international connections.

The flights are:

IAD-MAN-FRA-FCO on the outbound.
Connection time in MAN is 1 hr 55 min, and is exactly 1 hr at FRA.

FRA-DUB-IAD on the return.
Connection time in DUB is exactly 1 hr.

I'm a bit concerned about the 1 hr connection times at FRA and DUB, since I may need to clear customs/security at these airports.
Furthermore, since this is going to be a reward flight, I'm worried that I'll be screwed if I miss a connection.

Should I book this itinerary, or does it look too risky?
