I'm stuck in 21 B on a 319. Seven 7C, the bulkhead opened up and I asked to be assigned to it by the gate agent. Instead, I was told, they were giving it to an old man who was walking with a cane and didn't pay the E+ up charge. Part of me says I'm an awful person for saying I should get it, but part of me says what good is the point of charging for E+ if you just give it away anyway. He had an aisle...22C
