Hey what's the story????? No 10% of with. Premier 1K card on board SYD-SFO in F. Purser says the card is read by their machine - previous trips with other cards United staff enter manually on their machine inboard. Funny but this card works perfectly in autocheckin machines at SFO and LAX hours after the flight No offer of compensation let a refund for the 10% discount
Also on a mileage run today before F from SFO-JFK so I can at least have a shower - Staff in LAX F lounge are exemplary as usual but there is no shower so SFO is always the way to go So my flight fromvLAX to SFO is delayed. Mileage run ticket TSA precheck is great at LAX and SFO but LAX staff surly as usual How do I make the last ps flight of the day from SFO if I can even get there no help from United staff although theyvofferednto reroute me from LAX to JFK So they all assur eme my bags which were checked in this morning from SYD will make it to JFK Please pray for me
And PS F. no eyeshades earplugs except on request OMG. time to switch to American who offer proper flatbeds transcontinental USA
UA gives very inconsistent experiences from fantastic staff in F lounge in LAX Arrivals Lounge at SFO to surly pursers on board from SYD to SFO I gave commendations rough the mobile app to LAX F lounge staff who kinda makeup for the bad experience flying through LAX
