Did the change fee for non-refundable tickets just go up from $150 to $200?

I usually fly on full-flex or C tickets. But today I had to change a trip for my wife (who is also GS). It was a W-fare (domestic). I was charged $200. The agent I spoke to said this change had happened in the last 1-2 weeks. :eek:

What did I miss :confused:
