I just started booking a flight and saw something Id never seen...on the seat map, in several rows that should have been Economy Plus, the seats were shown as white, regular Economy seats, but with the designation "reserved seat". I called customer service and was assured the seats were Economy Plus. Has anyone encountered this before? What does it mean? Should I assume they're Economy Plus? It's a transcon flight, I don't want to be squished in normal Economy seat!
