Sorry for this very basic question. I did a search and it didn't seem to be a problem for most people at all. However I am stuck right now. I just changed a ticket, paid the change fee, and I am now supposed to receive a $500+ travel certificate as the United web pages told me. But I don't see it anywhere in my United account or in email. Are they going to mail it to me, or how should it work? This ticket was originally booked through the Chase Ultimate Rewards; Will the Certificate actually go to them!?
