Can you request ORC for a VDB onto another * carrier (or UA for that matter)?
Am booked SFO-CDG-MUC...would be rebooked SFO-MUC on LH. The catch is SFO-CDG is running a double RDM promo that I'd like to still be eligible for, which is why I'd need ORC.
