This is my first post, hopefully it is in the right spot.
I had reserved two award flights to Bali on United, so I could transfer points into my United account. The agent said she would reserve it for 72 hours. The next day, when I called back to "pay" for my reservation, I was told that a manager went into the system and canceled my reservation, obviously without my permission. Has anyone had this happened to them? I pretty ticked off, since it took me an extra 5-6 hours, over the course of 3 days, to find a new flight itinerary. Any thoughts?
Thanks,
John
