Recently e-mailed 1Kvoice, complimenting the flight crew on outstanding service IAH-LAX (sUA crew, if that is worth anything). Received a response back, with the typical "your comments will be shared with our executives and supervisors." Thought it was poppycock, but then cross-referenced the name that was signed with a Google search. LinkedIn profile of the person showed 25+ years experience with UA, mostly senior positions in HR and based out of Chicago. This person's current position's description read that they respond to executive-level customer concerns on behalf of UA's senior executives.
So, from my perspective, it seems that people who actually matter are reading the 1kvoice e-mails and responding in kind.
Anyone else have experience similar to this?
