Flight cancelled, took train for last segment.

Ticketed LAS-SFO-SMF. Low clouds in SFO but got there only one hour late. SFO-Sacramento flight delayed three hours then cancelled, next flight also kept getting pushed back so grabbed the last Amtrak train to Sacramento and a cab to the airport to retrieve car. Questions:

1. Reimbursement for BART/Amtrak/Cab (total $75)?

2. Mileage Credit for the 500 miles?

3. Or can I keep just that one segment and use it some other time?

I did call to cancel the remaining segment.
