UA 763 (V2) Bulkhead vs. Exit rows?

Hello Folks,
I've tried finding discussions about this but haven't seen anything.

Flying from SFO to CDG on UA 767-300 V2 configuration.
Wondering whether the bulkhead seats in E+ (16K or 16L) have lots of legroom there? I'm 6'0" and legroom is important. Would like to stretch out my legs completely.

Exit rows 21 and 22 are also available. Legroom in exit seats is probably good, but recline may be limited.

Anyone have insight on this?
