Well, this is a new one (to me, at least). I filled out the online Premier Voice form with a complaint about a flight, and got a postmaster undeliverable email indicating that the email generated by the system could not be delivered to the UA customer care email address. Strangely enough, I also got a confirmation email from United, with a case number. Do we think that I need to go and fill out the form again?
Maybe this is their newest strategy for dealing with all the complaints :D
(People might also be amused to know that the error messages involved a bunch of "coair.com" servers :))
