fast track immigration lanes?

Do United BusinessFirst passengers benefit from fast-track immigration lanes at any of the following airports: CDG, SYD, LHR, FRA?

I seem to remember that the answer is yes for CDG and SYD, but I am not sure about LHR and FRA.
