I've been waiting more than 30 minutes for UA.sux to ticket a simple domestic all-UA RT so I can UG some segments.
I know I should have done the UG as part of the booking process, but I held the ticket yesterday before I was sure what segs I'd UG and today the fare went up on any new search.
Somebody clog the tubes?
