Need special arrangement but not wheelchair

Hello All, I would like to share my bad experience on flying with United Airline.

At early of Jan, i fly from Las Vegas to HKG. In between, i need to have a connection flight.
UA5213B Las Vegas, NV> Fresno, CA
UA6264B Fesno, CA > San Francisco, CA
UA869B San Francisco, CA > Hong Kong

The 1st flight Las Vegas, NV> Fresno, CA is on time everything ok. When i'm waiting for connection flight UA6264B Fesno, CA > San Francisco, CA, i heard the announcement that this flight will have 45 minutes delay. I awared that this delay will make me can't catch up the flight UA869B San Francisco, CA > Hong Kong.

As per my experience with other airline, if some ppl pick me up at the gate and transfer me to the next flight gate. I will have sufficient time to catch up the last flight. I immediately inform the front desk and ask for special arrangement. The front desk said she will mark down to arrange some special arrangement.

When i get on the plane, the airhostess ask me if i need a wheel chair. ??????What the...... the special arrange that mark down by front desk is "i need a wheel chair" ....!!!????!?!?!?!

Finally, i arrived San Francisco, CA. No special arrangement to transfer me to the gate. I run to the gate and can't catch up the flight. I need to state one more night at San Francisco, CA.

It is an awful experience. It is a easy way to remedy the delay but UA didn't action on it. I will never try UA again.
