My father had a super saver award ticket booked TATL since Jan. Travel is next week. When he went into his reservation today, he sees that his return now connects with a flight leaving the day before he even arrives back in the country.
First, how come they changed his reservation and he (supposedly) never received any updated mail?
Secondly, why would they ever change to a flight leaving the day before?! A time travelling overnight!
Of course, now there are no saver seats left, so I assume this is going to cost a lot more miles to sort out.
