Last Flight In, First Flight Out Award Question

It's early (or late if you never went to bed) and I must be tired because I'm sure there is an easily searchable answer.

Would like to fly (via award) FMO-FRA on the last flight of the night and FRA-IST on the first flight the next morning. I should be able to do this with one, one-way award, yes?
