Yesterday I got an email from “United News and Deals” (UnitedAirlines@enews.united.com) that asked me to provide feedback about a a recent flight I supposedly took in United First.
“As a valued MileagePlus® member, we’d love to hear your thoughts.
Please take our short survey to provide feedback about your recent experience in United First®. Your opinion is very important to us.”
Except I haven’t flown United since July, and it wasn’t in First. I followed the “Survey” URL to the qualtrics survey site, and the survey seems to be be about a DEN-RDM flight. RDM is my little home airport, but I haven’t been in Denver in years.
Of course, I checked if there was any suspicious activity in my account, but I don’t see any recent flights posted or miles redeemed.
Looking at previous post flight surveys, the messages seemed to come from a different UA email address: noreply@insights.united.com
Has anyone else received such an email?
