I have a flight that I canceled awhile back that was for just me on the PNR, I want to use the credit to fly myself and mrs. ddrost1 somewhere for a weekend before the credit expires. Is there any way to accomplish this and get us both on the same PNR, short of booking an uber cheapy one way for myself and getting the e-cert back to use for us together?
Also, if the flight was originally booked on, say 7/15/12, do we have to rebook by 7/15/13 or rebook AND complete travel by that date?
