I went to purchase a ticket DEN-SIN and the itinerary came up at $1,652.40. I got through the entire process, put in my credit card number, etc. and a message came up that there was an error and I should call. I called the 1K line and was told that the fare was over $3,000. They transfered me to the web desk, who could not match the price that was on their own website. I even printed out the itinerary with the lower price.
Has anyone else had this experience? Any recourse here to get the price on the itinerary I am holding in my hand?
