I know this has been discussed before, but just thought I'd post a warning that seems Asiana is cancelling award segments. Guess a fall out of the SFO crash.
I had 2 O seats booked ORD-ICN 22Nov13, purchased and ticketed 24Dec12. I went onto Asiana.com to assign seats without issue so assumed I was all sorted.
Happened to notice the reservation disappeared from the united app over the weekend. Rang 1K desk to be told the flight has been cancelled and nothing they could do to get it back. All they would do is rebook me on UA, which is good I suppose as got F, but the whole point is I was trying to avoid flying UA and wanted to try Asiana and their new suite.
Really annoying.
Flying home on TG F and LH C. Hopefully I have no issues on those flights prior.
