Anyone near or in F 1652 on 7/20?

I contacted UA about the pre-departure situation (verbally and physically harassed by an obviously drunk passenger, passenger ultimately allowed back on aircraft even after crew had made the determination pax appeared to be drunk, evidently to avoid offloading bags for all five in her party to preserve on time departure) and they've failed to respond. I'd like to be able to provide the contact information for any witnesses for a letter to the Oakland FSDO.
