Yesterday I got an email asking to fill out a survey
"You are a valued MileagePlus® member and we have noticed that there has been a change in your travel activity with United®. We are interested in learning more about your travel choices ..."
I switched most of my flights to other *carriers and because of the status match to EXP also to AA. From 2000 till the merger I was a very loyal UA customer. Makes me wonder if United finally realizes that probably a lot of customers changed their carrier of choice?
