HKG-SIN Oct 3 - No UA Flight

I was checking to book a flight from HKG to SIN and was surprised that there is no UA flight on Oct 3. There is a flight everyday of the month, except Oct 3. And, I'm planning on traveling on that day to Singapore. Anyone can throw some light on this?
