I'm fairly new here, but I tried looking around and couldn't find an answer. I recently booked an award ticket using United miles. I will be flying SAS from ARN - CDG with a 23 hour layover at CDG. The return the next morning is CDG - MUC - LAX on Lufthansa and LAX - PHX on UA. Would it be likely that I will be able to check all the way through to my final destination (PHX) when checking the bags at ARN? We would much rather NOT have to retrieve our bags and lug them to our hotel in central Paris during the 23 hour layover. Anybody have any experience with a long layover at CDG? Will they store the bags overnight? Will the change from SAS to LH in Paris cause a further problem? Thanks for your help!
