United refunds - what a joke! (rant)

I was trying to buy a ticket for three passengers and in chrome the website would not let me add additional passengers.

I called in and the agent said sorry about that and she would book the ticket and waive the $25 fee.

Of course she doesn't, and on top of that she made a mistake and didn't use my travel bank credit. I refunded the ticket online, bought it again using IE and all is well....

the $25 doesn't refund, I call in and they make me go through a huge process. I waste 20 minutes and then today I get this e-mail

I try replying back and it bounces. I am not going to waste time on another phone call...

I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge
