I put the value of a cancelled ticket towards a trip for early December. However, the flight still shows under the inactive tab of the reservations page on the website. I know this is a known bug with the current system, so that doesn't worry me much.
What does worry me is the fact that the reservation doesn't display the regular column for mileage earned, and also doesn't have the usual 'you will earn xxx miles after completing this itinerary' message. Furthermore, if I try and change a flight on the reservation, it presents me with mileage award options rather than dollar value options. I am, however, booked into G/K buckets on all segments.
Should I be concerned? Has anyone else seen this behavior, and have they received their PQMs? I did call the desk but the agent said she didn't really understand what I meant by 'inactive,' and also had trouble giving me an accurate mileage accrual for the reservation.
