Will I Get Full Refund?

I cancelled Flight #1 a few weeks back. The fare was $300.

I booked a new flight today, Flight #2 for $500 and they applied Flight #1 credit (less the $150 change fee). So I paid $350 net for Flight #2.

If I cancel Flight #2 within the 24 hours of booking what will I get back?
